In late 2006 an opportunity arose for the acquisition of a development site in Blacks Beach, Queensland which lies 15 km North of the City of Mackay.

The company directors were impressed with what they saw on visiting the area. After a series of due diligence studies were conducted it was determined that the City of Mackay and the region as a whole showed great promise as an avenue for investment. Hence we began our involvement in development in the Mackay region with an initial focus on Blacks Beach. See the sites here.

Bilgola Place Townhouses - Blacks Beach, Queensland

Construction of this 34 townhouse complex commenced in July 2008 and has now been completed.

Tenants will be moving in over the coming days and weeks.

It took a little longer than expected to finish, with the completion date being extended due to weather delays, but we got there in the end.

Bourke Street - Blacks Beach, Queensland

This absolute beachfront site will boast a mix of residential townhouses and beachfront holiday accommodation. The development will be unique to the area and we are confident that the design and quality of the completed development will be a local landmark that will provide desirable living space for the residents and holiday makers.

At this early stage we are aiming for completion in 2011. Watch out for this project when it becomes available as it is anticipated that demand will be high.
