In 2004 we launched our development division, which provides the following services:
- Information on planning and development hot spots.
- Liasing and creating alliances with all development intermediaries including financiers, project managers, building groups, accountants, solicitors and consultants.
- Advising and development of revenue mix and appropriate unit design mix to ensure developments are approved with the end market in mind.
- Advice and sensitivity analysis of existing feasibility reports.
- Sale of sites from unimproved to development application (DA) approved status.
As part of our services, we will:
- review and analyse Development Applications
- obtain Feedback from project marketing on product design mix
- provide sales analysis and supply analysis.
